If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, BoxGoodness will gladly accept returns on BoxGoodness.com orders. You have 10 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, be in the original packaging and you need your receipt or proof of purchase.
We want you to absolutely love the items you purchase from BoxGoodness. Should you be unhappy in any way with the products received, feel free to contact our customer service via a click of the Return button at the bottom of this page. Easy as that. ‘Cause ain’t nobody got time for anything else!
Once your return is received and inspected (within 2-3 business days of receipt) your refund will be processed and we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 3-7 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
